To do this we help you at multiple points during the buying process to ensure you're buying the right cover for your make and model of phone and that the style of cover you choose matches your expectations. However we are a made-to-order business so please read our returns, exchanges and cancellation policies below.
Returns or Exchanges
We are a made-to-order business which means all products are produced only once ordered. This means that we don't offer returns or exchanges if for example you...
- Order the wrong kind of case for your phone's make & model.
- Order the wrong colour or style of case.
- Simply change your mind about the case you've ordered (See Order Cancellation below).
However, in the very rare case of a damaged product or a manufacturing fault, we will issue you a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 28 days after the product's delivery. If you need to make a return due to damage or manufacturing fault please use the following form to submit the details.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind about a purchase or purchase something by mistake. You may cancel your order and we’ll refund you the full amount as long as you inform us within 1 hour of the purchase. If you don't cancel your order within 1 hour you will be charged the full amount. If you need to cancel an order please submit the request using the form.
